Kratovil Down in First District

Andy Harris is leading Democratic Rep. Frank Kratovil in the First District by 52% to 44% according to the Maryland State Board of Elections. All other incumbents leading, most by large margins though incumbent Republican Rep. Roscoe Bartlett is just at 55%.
