Possible Dem Senate Gain on the Shore?

Republican Sen. Lowell Stoltzfus retired this year in District 38 on the lower Eastern Shore. According to the State website, Democrat Jim Mathias leads Republican Michael James by 51% to 49%. The Worcester County and Somerset County Boards of Elections are not reporting returns so I can't give you a complete county breakdown here for this multicounty (Somerset, Wicomico, Worcester). However, in Wicomico, James now leads Mathias by 52% to 48%.
