In Frederick County, Mooney now trails Young with 48% to 52% with 21 of 45 precincts reporting.

In Washington County, I now realize that Mooney trails Young by 5 votes to 11--not that 5 of 11 precincts are reporting--hence the massive Mooney deficit. Our fact checkers apologize profusely for the error.
