Ike knows something we don't: that there is a parallel universe where budget deficits don't exist, and companies put their headquarters in MoCo instead of NoVA. For those that choose to attend the event, Ike will take you through a wormhole to this parallel universe where political egos are kept in check, and council members start each meeting by holding hands and singing kumbya.
