The District 16 Democratic Club announced today that it will hold a candidate forum on Wednesday, July 21st, featuring individuals currently running for the district’s open State Delegate seat, and our current Delegates, Bill Frick and Susan Lee. The event will provide an opportunity to listen to the candidates’ views on pressing problems of concern to our community.
The Forum will be held at the Bethesda Public Library, and will be moderated by Karen Britto, chair of the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee, and delegate, having filled the latter position on a temporary basis.
Because we expect an unusual large number of candidates, we are asking you to submit any questions in advance to the above email address. Questions will not be taken from the floor, as each candidate will have a two minute opening statement, and a one minute closing comment.
Where: Bethesda Public Library, 7400 Arlington Road
When: July 21, 7-9 P.M.
