District 19 Delegate candidate Sam "Hunk of the Hill" Arora has been seen busily looking for money at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Layhill Road. Well, Arora must have found some buried treasure there because he is reporting receipts of $110,070.15 and is sitting on $102,643.11 in the bank. These amounts include a $45,000 loan from Arora to his fund. Many Delegate candidates never raise these amounts over an entire campaign, so the fact that Arora - a candidate who has never run before - is showing such a colossal balance this early is remarkable. Best of all, Arora is proving the size of his loot with this graphic of his summary schedule. Game on, 19!
