Sheila Dixon's Plea Agreement

Below, we reprint all seven pages of Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon's plea agreement. According to the agreement, Dixon pleads guilty to one count of perjury; withdraws any post-trial motions related to her previous conviction of misappropriating gift cards; resigns as Mayor on the date of her sentencing; gives up the X-Box, camcorder, mink coat and lamb coat purchased with the gift cards; and agrees to perform 500 hours of community service, pay $45,000 to charity and be subject to probation for four years during which she cannot hold a city or state job. In return, she gets to keep her government pension.
