Here are MPW's unique visits and page views on a daily basis from Statcounter from July 1 through August 31.


MPW has been the leading blog in terms of site visits among all state and local blogs that publicly release their data since December 2009, and it has been the most-visited state and local political blog since November 2008. In July, we received 44,359 site visits and 88,540 page views according to Sitemeter, which were records for us. In August, we received 57,589 site visits and 122,905 page views, both all-time records in the Maryland blogosphere. On weekdays, we are currently getting almost 3,000 site visits and more than 6,000 page views per day.

People are paying attention to the primaries in MoCo, folks. LOTS of attention.
