Jane De Winter is the first at-large challenger to formally enter the race. Her announcement press conference will be followed by a fundraiser at the home of Wynn and Steve Gambrill in Rockville on October 21. Her host committee, which is still forming, includes Chevy Chase Town Council Member (and former Mayor) Linna Barnes and former MCEA-endorsed school board candidate Alies Muskin.
