District 20 challenger Eli El sent out the following email last Tuesday night. He is making an early start in this campaign.

The Exploratory Committee for Eli El for Maryland State Delegate is very grassroots based. We rely on volunteers to help us accomplish our goals. Our campaign has been built one volunteer and one neighborhood at a time. Your help is critical to our victory.
