The developer finished up their testimony around 1:35PM with intensive questioning on the County's rights to the property around that time. Ben Ross of ACT was the first to testify (in favor of the project) followed by Town of Chevy Chase Councilman Mier Wolf's strong critique of the process as well as the plan itself and then by Wayne Phyillaier and Pat Baptiste of the Coalition for the Capital Crescent Trail.
