County Urges Residents to Be Patient; Plows to Reach Neighborhoods By Noon

Montgomery County Officials urge residents to be patient and avoid calling the highway services telephone number. Snow plows are scheduled to reach all neighborhood streets by noon today. A record number of callers have overwhelmed the phone line, as residents panic to get out of their neighborhoods before the next storm. Driving conditions are still hazardous. Stay home, if at all possible.
