The Census is using technology to let us know participation rates around the nation on the U.S. Census. Across the U.S., just 34% have returned the forms. Maryland is a touch ahead at 35% making us tied with Delaware and West Virginia but behind Virginia (39%) and Pennsylvania (40%) though ahead of D.C. (29%). So much for keeping up with the neighbors.
