Progressive Maryland Finishes Endorsements, Announces MoCo Council Picks

Progressive Maryland has concluded its third and final round of primary endorsements, including its picks for the Montgomery County Council. The council candidates it is supporting are:

District 1: Roger Berliner
District 2: Craig Rice
District 3: None
District 4: Nancy Navarro
District 5: Valerie Ervin
At-Large: Marc Elrich, George Leventhal, Hans Riemer

The organization did not receive completed questionnaires from Nancy Floreen or Phil Andrews, so they were ineligible for endorsement.

Progressive Maryland did not make any more endorsements in MoCo state legislative races, but they did add a few candidates in other counties. We reprint their press release in full below.
