Andres Teams Up with Delegate Al Carr to Bag Some Publicity

Check out the last item in this Gazette article. It's a hilarious - and successful - attempt by Delegate Al Carr and little Andres to promote Al's reusable bag bill. Since the District of Columbia is on the verge of passing a similar law, Al's bill (along with Andres) has a bright future.
